Traditions HOA Covenants and Restrictions require all exterior changes & Improvements to be approved by the Architectural Review Board (ARB) prior to any work taking place.
To do this please fill out the Application Here.
The application has instructions for specific projects and the necessary items needed.
If you are using a contractor to complete the work please have them review the Contractor Guidelines and have them sign and return the Contractor Agreement.
